Payment

We accept cash on delivery only. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. Nothing is charged when you place the order.

Order confirmation

Every order is confirmed by phone before it ships. If we cannot reach you on the number you gave us after three attempts across two days, the order is cancelled.

Delivery

2–5 working days to most cities. Parcels are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no description of the contents printed on the outside.

Returns

Request a return within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, innerwear must be unworn, unwashed and in its original sealed packaging with tags attached. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always accepted — report those within 48 hours.

Approved refunds are paid within 7 working days of the item reaching us, by the method you choose: cash, Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer.

Products and brands

Products listed here are supplied by partner brands and stores we have agreements with. Product names, photographs and descriptions remain the property of those brands and are used with permission.

Privacy

We collect only what is needed to deliver your order — name, phone number and address — and share it with the courier and the supplying brand for fulfilment. We do not sell your data.
